3. Redeeming the Voucher
• The recipient must present the voucher with the unique code when visiting
• It can be used either as a walk-in visit (subject to availability), or with an online reservation.

Terms & Conditions
• Non-refundable: Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Single-use: Each voucher contains a unique code and can be redeemed once.
• Booking: The voucher may be used for walk-ins or for online reservations.
• Physical or digital: The recipient must show the digital or printed voucher with the code.
• Expiry: Valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
• No change given: If the bill is less than the voucher value, the remaining amount cannot be refunded or carried forward.
• Lost vouchers: Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
• Not combinable: Cannot be used with other promotions or discounts.
• Dine-in only: Redeemable only when dining or enjoying drinks at our premises, Not valid for takeaway orders or product purchases.
